The development of BIC Cluster 2 will further strengthen the key role of Brainport Industries Campus as a hub for the high-tech manufacturing industry in the Brainport region. Cutting-edge technology, education, government, and advanced facilities work closely together on the campus to enhance its market position. Similar to the first cluster, this expansion will also house educational institutions to foster the flow of new talent.

The development plan for the second cluster of Brainport Industries Campus has been officially confirmed. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with BIC Cluster 2 set to be operational after the summer of 2027.
