Brainport Industries Campus is an inspiring venue for conferences and events, also for external businesses and (knowledge) institutes. With its state-of-the-art facilities, the BIC Business Center offers a wide range of options for meetings from 6 to 300 people.

During your event, meeting or brainstorming session, be surprised by the very sustainable and special building of Brainport Industries Campus. In this fully circular building, companies in the high-tech manufacturing industry work directly with each other and with the educational and knowledge institutions present. From the enormous Atrium in the middle of the building, you have a direct view of the various offices, production halls and Fieldlabs.
Anyone who enters the imposing main entrance will enter the Atrium directly through the BIC Café. BIC Eat & Meet, BIC Katalyst LAB and BIC Theater are located in the middle of the Atrium, the places where “meeting, inspiration and connection” are realized.
At BIC Eat& Meet, a meeting takes place in an informal setting while enjoying fresh products. Next to it is the large BIC Theater with a razor-sharp cinema-sized screen. Above it you will find the BIC Katalyst Lab, the place to be for brainstorming and inspiration sessions. These spaces are all located in the heart of the Brainport Industries Campus.
You will find most of the BIC Business Center immediately upon entering. Here, approximately 20 high-end equipped spaces have been created in various shapes and sizes. From a smaller comfortable space with formal and informal seating to a large conference room, equipped with screens all around.

A reception area has also been created in the inspiring BIC Business Center, so that events and network meetings can be excellently combined. The reception room has various informal seating areas with a bar and direct access to the terrace. There are also various theme rooms available in which the right setting has been created for each meeting.
