Healthy and safe welcome to Brainport Industries Campus

Corona safety measures

The health of our visitors and members of staff has the highest priority. The corona measures imposed by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the central government also apply to Brainport Industries Campus

According to the communicated opening plan on behalf of RIVM and the central government, almost all measures are also being relaxed within BIC. The basic principle remains that we continue to observe the basic measures.

Update August 14, 2021

Measures in connection with corona/COVID-19

Everyone must respect the distance of 1.5 meters within BIC and its immediate surroundings. In addition, all residents and visitors of BIC are urgently requested to stay at home in case of complaints and to wash and disinfect their hands regularly.

External visits  are allowed again with an occupation of 2/3 of the room capacity, provided there are fixed seats.
For events with more than 50 people, a test, vaccination or recovery certificate entry registration applies.

The Atrium is seen as a publicly accessible public area, whereby the installed walking routes as well as the 1.5 meters distance must be respected. In addition, specific walking routes have been installed within BIC.

The use of the meeting rooms in the Business Center is again fully permitted, subject to the following;

1.         All rooms will be set up again to the maximum capacity. However, the maximum allowed occupancy is 2/3 of the space.
2.         The organizer remains responsible for keeping the correct distance. Markings for this will remain on the tables.

Rules for the use of Eat&Meet and BIC Café
The 1.5 meter distance must be respected in these areas.

Lifts (both in the Atrium and the parking garage) may only be used by 1 person at a time due to the 1.5 meter distance rule.

The above relaxations apply in any case until September 20, 2021.
After that, the next step in relaxation will be looked at. If interim changes are communicated from the central government/RIVM, we will revise the above (if necessary).
